Services Agreement Summary
This proposal outlines the marketing services to be provided by Xpress Promotion (Xpress, Inc.) to the client named above. Services begin upon receipt of signed agreement and initial payment. Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month. Setup fees are due before work commences. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to ad platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) — Xpress does not mark up ad spend. Either party may cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month commitment period. Website design is owned by the client upon final payment; the website platform requires continued hosting through Xpress. All creative assets produced by Xpress remain the property of the client upon full payment. IMPACT CRM data rates apply for texts, calls, AI chat, and email at standard rates. Xpress is not responsible for ad platform policy changes. Results are not guaranteed; Xpress commits to best-practice execution and transparent reporting.
